Miss the renewal date and the price returns to standard. Reception will remind you before it lapses — ask them to note your number.

Is there a joining fee?
No. The plan price is the whole price — no joining fee, no facility surcharge, no charge for the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.
Is it really open 24 hours?
Yes — every hour of every day, including public holidays, with someone at reception at all times. Train at 3am or 3pm; it's the same membership.
Can I cancel?
The 1-month plan is rolling — you can simply not renew. Longer plans run to their end date; that's what makes them cheaper per month.
How does the loyalty rate work?

Do I pay extra for the recovery suite?
No. Sauna, steam room and the hot & cold jacuzzi are included in every plan, at every hour the gym is open — which is all of them.
Who can join?
Al Mannai Gym is a men's fitness centre for ages 18 and over. Bring your CPR or passport on your first visit.
